This is a Past Event. Our 2020 Summer Youth Orchestra was a virtual experience like nothing we’ve ever done before. The premiere of our video for Gabriela Musella’s Huapango del Oso was a thrilling conclusion!

This is a past event. Join us for a watch party of a long-lost opera by one of Chicago's first Hispanic composers to be performed by the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Eustasio Rosales! His grandson, documentary filmmaker Arlen Parsa, will join us for a brief introduction at the beginning. The opera is performed in Spanish, with English subtitles. The concert performance of this opera will be broadcast live on the ChiMOP Facebook page and will remain available until July 7th.
